A fully air- conditional language laboratory equipped with independent audio-visual terminals for thirty students is available for paid courses to learn Sinhala, Tamil, English, IELTS, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Hindi, Japanese and Korean. This advanced system enables the teacher to approach each student separately through a computerized Audio-visual network and gives individual attention to guide him/her to acquire a good standard of spoken language and quality pronunciation in double quick time. It also facilitates the student to get his speech and pronunciation errors corrected through an individual audio recording system. Above classes are conducted by a qualified and specially trained staff including native speakers of the above languages. These courses are comprised of a basic and an advanced level. In addition, special speech classes are also available. Priority is given to government servants. Duration 48 hours. classes are held bi-annually with the first semester starting in January and the 2nd in July every year.
